You are capable, respected and relied on. And privately, you are carrying more than anyone sees.
“I'm the one everyone turns to, and I have no one to turn to.”
“I was promoted for being brilliant at the work, not for leading people.”
“I'm walking into the boardroom and I want to be heard, not tolerated.”
“I'm exhausted, and I can't afford to show it.”
Around half of CEOs report feeling lonely in the role, and 61% of them say it hurts their performance (HBR / RHR International). Leadership at the top is a place few people can go with you. That is exactly where coaching earns its place.

No vague pep talks. Every engagement is built on clear goals, honest feedback and practice inside your actual job.
A free, confidential 30 minutes. You tell me what's at stake; I tell you honestly whether I can help.
We agree specific goals, success measures and confidentiality. If your company sponsors coaching, we align all three parties up front.
Leadership assessments and, where useful, a 360 with the colleagues who see you lead. Result: two or three sharp priorities.
Focused sessions, real-world experiments between them, and a mid-point and final review of what has changed.
Faster, cleaner decisions with less second-guessing and less late-night rumination.
A stronger voice with the board, the CEO and the executive team.
Teams that execute, because expectations and trust are explicit.
A way of leading that performs at pace without draining you.
Coaching outcomes vary by individual. Research such as the Manchester Review has reported average returns of several times the cost of coaching, though findings are largely self-reported. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for clinical care.
I spent two decades in senior leadership, including a seat on an executive committee, before I became a coach. I know what it is to be the only woman in the room, to inherit a team in crisis and to carry a decision no one else can share.
That's why I coach the way I do: direct, warm and rooted in your real situation. I'll challenge your assumptions, protect your confidences and keep you accountable to what you said mattered.
I don't believe in a template. I believe in a sharp question at the right moment, and the courage to act on the answer.
“Within six months I had a clear plan for my first year and the confidence to present it to the board. The difference was how I showed up.”
“She asked the questions no one around me would. My leadership team's trust in each other, and in me, has completely changed.”
“I stopped being the bottleneck. I still deliver at pace, but I'm no longer running on empty.”

Sponsor coaching for high-potential women, newly promoted executives or leadership teams. I work with HR, the CEO and the leader through a three-way contract, so goals are clear and confidentiality is respected.
Discuss a programmeNo. Coaching is forward-looking and practical, focused on your leadership and results. I'll tell you clearly if something would be better supported by a clinician.
No. What you say in sessions stays confidential, apart from legal obligations or risk of harm. If your employer sponsors coaching, we agree in advance what progress information is shared, and nothing beyond that.
We set specific goals and measure change through feedback from the people around you. Results depend on your commitment, but the process is designed to make progress visible.
Typically one session every two weeks, plus small experiments inside your normal working day. It is designed to fit real executive schedules.
The opposite. Top performers in every field use coaches. Many of my clients are at the peak of their careers and want to stay sharp.
Most are virtual for flexibility. In-person sessions are available in London for the Ascent and Chair programmes.
Investment depends on the programme and your role. I share exact details after our first call, so you can decide with full information.
That's what the free conversation is for. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and, where I can, point you to someone who is.
