Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and practical, focused on your leadership and results. I'll tell you clearly if something would be better supported by a clinician.
Will my company see what I share?
No. What you say in sessions stays confidential, apart from legal obligations or risk of harm. If your employer sponsors coaching, we agree in advance what progress information is shared, and nothing beyond that.
What if we don't click?
That's what the free conversation is for. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and, where I can, point you to someone who is.
